Prior to these positions, Dr. Stever served as a financial economist at the Bank for International Settlements. He began his career as a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Dr. Stever has also acted as a consultant on multiple agreements. Dr. Stever earned an MS and PhD in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and undergraduate degrees in economics and mathematics from Vassar College. | ||

Dr. Whitman received his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. While at the University of Texas he was a recipient of the National Science Foundation VIGRE grant, which provides funding for independent original mathematical research by undergraduate students. | ||
