In this capacity, Adam has responsibility for the oversight and management of both investment grade and high yield municipal bond strategies. Adam has held various positions in portfolio management, credit research, and product management at Northern Trust Asset Management, and prior to that at Nuveen. Adam has an MBA, with concentrations in accounting and finance. Adam is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago, the CFA Institute, the Chicago Municipal Analysts Society, and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. He has more than 20 years of fixed income investment management experience.

ביוגרפיה	Fred A. Azar, Vice President of Northern Trust, is a portfolio manager in the tax-exempt fixed income group of Northern Trust Asset Management. In June 2018 he moved into his current role as manager of the Northern Arizona Tax-Exempt Fund, the Northern California Intermediate Tax-Exempt Fund, and the Northern California Tax-Exempt Fund. Mr. Azar joined Northern Trust in 2004. He has had previous positions as the Director of Fixed Income Business Management, Director of Core Strategies, and Senior Portfolio Manager in Short Duration Fixed Income. He began his career in 1991 with Harris Bank. Fred received a B.S. degree in Accounting and Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant .
Eric V. Boeckmann	Portfolio Manager	1999	2018

He is responsible for municipal bond mutual funds as well as a number of separately managed municipal bond portfolios, including common trust funds invested in municipal securities. Mr. Silva's team is responsible for the management of municipal strategies as well as Canadian institutional index and iShares products. Mr. Silva is also responsible for research and implementation of ESG strategies across Index Fixed Income and partner groups within the Portfolio Management Group (PMG). Prior to joining BGI in 2007, Mr. Silva was a Managing Director with Stone & Youngberg LLC where he traded and underwrote municipal securities.
