ביוגרפיה	Robert W. Thompson, Vice President and Investment Manager of Mairs & Power, Inc. He was Vice President, Corporate Bonds at Advantus Capital Management from 2003 to 2016. Robert (Bob) W. Thompson joined the Adviser in 2016 and has served as Director of Fixed Income since July 1, 2019. He previously served as Vice President and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager since fall of 2016. He previously served as Assistant Vice President since joining the Adviser. Mr. Thompson has served as Co-Manager of the Balanced Fund since April 1, 2018. Prior to joining the Adviser, Mr. Thompson was Vice President, Corporate Bonds at Advantus Capital Management (now Securian Asset Management), in St. Paul, MN from 2003 to 2016 and before that he worked for Lutheran Brotherhood (now Thrivent Financial). Mr. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota and a MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. Mr. Thompson is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

ביוגרפיה	Kevin V. Earley joined Mairs & Power, Inc. in 2013 as Vice President, Equity Analyst and Investment Manager. Effective January 1, 2015, Mr. Earley was named co-manager of the Mairs & Power Balanced Fund. Mr. Earley began his investment career as an equity research analyst with FAF Advisors, later becoming a portfolio manager. In recent years, Mr. Earley had co-managed two mutual funds at Nuveen Asset Management. Mr. Earley earned a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University and then earned his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. Mr.Earley is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Minnesota, as well as a Chartered Investment Counselor.
Ronald L. Kaliebe	Vice President, Director, co-Portfolio Manager, Officer	2006	2019
ביוגרפיה	Mr. Kaliebe is the Lead Manager of the Mairs & Power Balanced Fund, effective July 1, 2013. He began his career with Mairs & Power Inc. in 2001 as Vice President and Investment Manager. In 2006 he became Co-Manager of the Mairs & Power Balanced Fund and was named Vice President of the Balanced Fund in 2009. He was elected Senior Vice President and Director of Fixed Income for Mairs & Power Inc. in 2014. Mr. Kaliebe earned a BA and MA in economics from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a CFA charterholder as well as a Chartered Investment Counselor
William B. Frels	Chairman, CEO	1992	2014
ביוגרפיה	Bill Frels is the Chairman and CEO of Mairs & Power Inc. and has been the lead manager of this fund since July 1992. He has comanaged the better-known Mairs & Power Growth Fund since December 1999 and took sole charge of that offering in June 2004. Ronald Kaliebe was added as comanager of this fund in January 2006.
